Refund Policy for Courses at CCC
| i. |
If a student used CCC letter of acceptance to obtain / extend his/her student visa, the student will not be eligible for a refund.

| ii. |
In order for the refund the student must submit to CCC a valid written explanation of the reasons for the withdrawal.
|

| 1. |
If a student withdraws from CCC prior to his/her course, the student will be eligible for a refund less a $100.00 registration fee and a $200.00 processing fee.
|
| 2. |
If a student withdraws from CCC when he/she has attended up to 10% of the course, the student is eligible for 1 50% refund of the tuition paid to CCC.
|
| 3. |
If a student withdraws from CCC when he/she has attended up to 30% of the course, the student is eligible for a 30% refund of the tuition fee paid to CCC.
|
| 4. |
There is no refund for withdrawals when a student completed more than 30% of the course.
|
|
Note: CCC is required to notify the local immigration office about all international students who withdraw from any program.
Rejected Visa
In case of rejection by the Canadian Immigration Office; the following documents will be eligible for a full refund less a $100.00 registration fee.

Rejection Letter from the Canadian Immigration Office

| ii. |
All original documents issued by CCC to the student.
